How quickly will I get my subscription?
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed the system issues your account automatically and emails you the details. Crypto payments are delivered once the network confirms the transaction, which is usually a few minutes.

What is IPTV?
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) delivers television content using signals based on the logical Internet protocol (IP), rather than through traditional terrestrial, satellite or cable television.
How long does it take for my account to be made?
After you purchase, your login details are emailed to you within 4 hours. In most cases it is far quicker than that.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal in EUR and USD, and Bitcoin. Processing takes roughly 1 to 24 hours depending on the method used. Orders placed between 11:00pm and 07:00am are processed the following day, once the support team is online again.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available for up to two days. After ordering, 70% of the amount is deducted and the remainder is refunded. No refund is given after two days. The purpose of the trial account is to help you decide before purchasing.
How long does the trial last and who can get one?
The IPTV trial runs for 24 hours and is limited to one per customer. Trial requests are not processed during major sporting events.
How many devices can use the service at the same time?
One account allows one connection. To connect more devices you purchase another account for the same period — for example, a second 6-month account gives you two simultaneous connections. The limit is 3 devices per account, so you cannot buy more than 2 additional connections.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a connection of at least 3 Mbps to stream with minimal issues. Full HD is comfortable above that.
Which resolutions are supported?
The subscription supports 3D, 4K and HD definitions, depending on what each channel broadcasts.
Which devices and apps are supported?
Internet browsers, Mac and PC, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Fire TV and Fire Stick, Xbox One, PS4, selected Samsung TV models, Nvidia Shield, Android boxes, Formuler devices, MAG devices, STB Emulator, Perfect Player and any M3U player application.
Is a VPN required?
Most customers do not need one. You may need a VPN if your internet provider blocks the service, which mainly affects customers in the UK.
Is the subscription active immediately after ordering?
Yes. Activation is immediate once the order is confirmed.
What is the trial duration, and who can get one?
Trial accounts last 24 hours. No trial request is answered during major sporting events, and none during the Oscars broadcast.
Renewals
How do I know when my subscription is about to expire?
We send reminders 7, 5, 3, 2 and 1 days before the expiry date — both as a notification in your account and by email. You can also see the exact remaining days on your subscriptions page.
Can I renew early without losing my remaining days?
Yes. If you renew before the expiry date, the new term is added on top of the days you have left, so nothing is wasted.

What if the service does not work?
Open a ticket from your account. If we confirm the problem, you get a replacement or a refund.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, on the services that show a Free trial badge. Sign in, pick the service, and the trial is delivered instantly. One trial per service per customer.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency. You can also top up your store balance and pay from it in one click.

What is a VPN and why would I need one?
A VPN encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through a server somewhere else, so your connection stays private and you can reach services that are blocked where you are.
Do you keep logs of what I do?
No. We do not record browsing history, connection timestamps or the addresses you visit.
How many devices does one VPN account cover?
One subscription covers several devices at once — phone, laptop, tablet and router — with the exact number shown on each plan.
Will a VPN slow my connection down?
Encryption costs a little speed, but on a modern connection the difference is small. Choosing a nearby server keeps it smallest.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux, plus routers that accept OpenVPN or WireGuard configuration files.
